How can you verify authenticity of items?

All items we sell are guaranteed authentic.  All brands are externally authenticated by reputable third party authentication businesses.  Please note this excludes Mulberry which are authenticated and verified internally however we are happy to arrange an additional authentication on any Mulberry item on request.

How do we sell with you?

We can buy designer handbags and accessories subject to style and condition.  Please see "Sell With Us" for further information.

Do you take payment plans or layaway?

Unfortunately we no longer offer payment plans or layaway options directly however payment by Klarna or Paypal Credit allows payments to be split.

What is the cost of delivery and how long does delivery take?

UK delivery is provided via Royal Mail Special Delivery service which is fully insured to cover an item's value.  Estimated time frames / options for shipping are shown at checkout.

Can items be viewed in person?

Unfortunately we do not have a physical store presence which allows us to keep our prices low.  We do try to upload photographs showing items "worn" or "held" to provide a better idea of how it may look.  

Do you have a waiting list or wishlist service?

Unfortunately, due to the volume of requests received we are currently unable to offer wait lists, wishlists or sourcing services for specific items.

How do you price items?

Items are priced based on a variety of factors including market demand, desirability, condition and availability (e.g. discontinued / out of stock).  Our prices are very competitive and amongst the lowest in the market.  As we do not have a physical store or shop presence, we are able to minimise overheads and pass these cost savings onto customers by way of competitively priced items.

Where can I receive notifications or be made aware of new arrivals before they become available to buy on the website?

Stories will be posted to our Instagram account showing items “coming soon”.  We do not currently operate a newsletter or notification service for upcoming items but hope to do so in the near future.
